My kids weren’t even back in school yet and I had made my first Pumpkin Chocolate bread of the season. I cook and bake year-round, but the holidays have me craving all of our traditional favorites. Thanks to Wolf Gourmet, we have a few new holiday recipes to add to our collection, created by Chef Molly Kruger.

Wolf Gourmet Holiday Recipes
Chef Kruger’s holiday cooking demonstration took place inside the gorgeous Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom in Costa Mesa, California. Wolf Gourmet has ventured into the countertop appliances space and Chef Kruger’s cooking demonstration was the perfect avenue to showcase the quality and performance of their products.
The menu has all of the warmth you’d expect from the holidays infused with Chef Kruger’s professionalism and creativity. I absolutely loved that she went to pick up fresh ingredients the morning before our scheduled cooking demonstration.
The lunchtime event started with her recipe for an aromatic Quarantea brewed in Wolf Gourmet’s True Temperature Electric Kettle. I am an avid tea drinker and I found this particular recipe to be bold in flavor and soothing to the palate.
The True Temperature Electric Kettle allows you to select your preferred temperature manually or select a preset temperature for popular teas and coffees for the perfect beverage every single time.
Customizable temperature selections range from lukewarm to boiling. Additionally, the kettle features an extended Keep Warm Setting and an automatic shut-off feature when heating is complete.
Chef Kruger then prepared the main dish, Turkey Sausage Wild Rice. This hearty dish can be served as a side dish or an entree and includes cranberry and pecan-filled roasted heirloom squash drizzled with a macadamia nut sauce.
The Turkey Sausage Wild Rice was prepared and cooked in Wolf Gourmet’s Multi-Function Cooker. Featuring six intuitive cooking modes, the Multi-Function Cooker can slow cook everything from rib-eye steaks to a hearty stew.
The roasted heirloom squash was baked in Wolf Gourmet’s Counter Top Oven. This is my dream countertop appliance! The oven features seven cook options including bake, broil, roast, proof, toast, bagel, and warm and cooks quickly and evenly due to the five heating elements it is equipped with. I love the fact that I can cook three different dishes at the same time, an absolute necessity when I’m cooking for my family during the holidays.
The Macadamia Sauce was prepared in the Blender, which offers cooks the ability to blend foods to their exact preferences. Puree smoothies and soups, crush ice, and more in this High-Performance Blender.
My favorite dish was the Blood Orange Polenta Olive Oil Sponge Cake With Frozen Honey Whip. This was absolutely amazing and very unique. The Frozen Honey Whip reminded me of homemade ice cream and complemented the dish perfectly.
Chef Kruger used Wolf Gourmet’s Stand Mixer to prepare this dish. I use my stand mixer several times a week and was excited to see Wolf Gourmet’s version in action.
