Dropps Review & Giveaway

Posted by Caryn Bailey 149 Comments

*This giveaway is now closed!  Thanks for stopping by.  The winner is Jennem.  Congratulations!*

Eight months ago I received a sample of dropps laundry detergent in the mail.  I liked it so much that I never went back to conventional detergent. dropps is a biodegradable, phosphate-free, chlorine-free and NPE-free laundry detergent.  I love the fact that they’re so easy to use and create zero mess and zero waste! The laundry detergent is encapsulated in a little pac that dissolves in water.  You can use them on all colors and fabrics, with any washer, in any temperature.  Each little pac is pre-measured with just the right amount of 6x concentrated detergent.  It’s honestly the most convenient (and environmentally-friendly) detergent on the market.  I’ve tried all of the scents available and find them to be mild and non-irritating. My son has very sensitive skin and has had allergic reactions to even the most baby-friendly detergents. Since we’ve been using dropps, we’ve had no problems with skin irritation or rashes.

Win It!  I know you’re anxious to try dropps!  I promise you’re going to love them!  I’ve got two 2-packs in Fresh Scent to give away to one reader, courtesy of Mom Generations.  Head on over to the site and take a look around.  Come back here and leave me a comment indicating one thing you like about dropps that is different than the detergent you are using at present.   Comments will close on December 26, 2008 at 10 pm PST.  One comment per person, please. US residents only. Duplicates and comments not including the above information will be disqualified. Comments are moderated. If you don’t see your comment in a reasonable amount of time, send me an email. Bloggers and non-bloggers may enter. I like the fact that there’s no measuring, no mess, no waste like liquid laundry soaps where there’s always some left in the bottle and it’s safe for HE washing machines.

I like that there is no mess. I hate it when there is a “gooey” mess around the cap. I also have arthritis in my hands. No heavy bottles or caps to mess with.

Thanks for a chance to give them a try.

Thanks for the giveaway…Unlike my current detergent that comes in a big plastic bottle, nationwide, dropps comes in a much smaller plastic package that saves tons of plastic each year.

The best thing is they are easey to use and no measuring!

I live in an apartment and have to do laundry in the laundry room. these would make my load a bit lighter to carry!

These are different from what I’m using now in that you can just toss one in and go. I am still measuring detergent, and that gets messy. 🙂

The thing different about dropps from the detergent I currently use is that it is easier to use since I don’t have to measure the amount of detergent I use. This is a great giveaway and I really hope I win since I have wanted to try dropps for a while now. Thanks.
