There are parts of Disneyland that remain largely unchanged. And yet, I could go to the park year after year and experience something new and different. The park is just as magical today as it was 30 years ago when I took my very first trip with my parents.
On June 11, World of Color debuts at Disney’s California Adventure Park. The show combines lights, water, music, fire and animation and will take place on Paradise Bay. The show is choreographed with revolutionary technology that creates a playful, nighttime spectacular and a new way for guests to experience Disney stories, including The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story and WALL-E. “World of Color combines nearly 1,200 powerful fountains, popular Disney music and an all-new kaleidoscope of audio and visual effects, including both classic and new animation projected on massive screens of water.”
World of Color will launch with Summer Nightastic and then continue performances throughout the year. For more information, just visit the website.
