Valentine’s Day Gift Idea For the Romantic: Dinner at McCormick & Schmick’s

Posted by Caryn Bailey 112 Comments

This giveaway is now closed.  Thanks for stopping by.  The winner is Shelly L.  Congrats!

My husband and I don’t eat out often, but when we do, the food must be superb.  One of our favorite seafood restaurants is McCormick & Schmick’s…and this weekend they’re celebrating Valentine’s Day with a fabulously romantic menu. From Friday through Sunday, McCormick & Schmick’s is offering dinner, flowers, and personalized notes in one place.  Any guest who makes a reservation for Valentine’s Day can request to have roses delivered to the table on arrival for dinner (to be included on the dinner bill or billed separately).  The price and arrangement may vary, but each restaurant will offer roses.  In addition to this service, guests will have the opportunity to have a personalized message included on their dinner menu or a personalized note card on their table.

Doesn’t this menu sound fantastic?  It’s only available through the weekend!

I think that we will just have a usual Sunday. Read the Paper and go to the gym and work out for a bit. I would love to go to a place for dinner but I am not sure that is what will happen.

    I meant to add:
Husband and I had our own “Surf & Turf” type dinner at home (we made ourselves!) – but if we’d had the GC we would have love to have splurged at MS.

What we’d order? Mmmmmm… I love their Maryland Crab Cake and Oysters Rockefeller (which is the only way I can get my honey/hubby to eat spinach!) And we also can’t resist their Creme Brulee and Chocolate Silk Pie!

For valentine’s day the whole family went out and had red velvet cupcakes. As for McCormick & Schmick’s, we always love their fresh Fried Calamari appetizer! It is the best around!

We went out for Italian food at a new little local restaurant – food was excellent!

    At M & S’s, I love the crabcakes.

I really think the Yellowfin Tuna sounds divine, what with cajun spices, soy sauce and wasabi. Wow!
We stayed home and watched a movie with the kinder.
