Have you ever been in a long-standing relationship with someone you thought was “the one”, only to break up and he marries the first girl he dates AFTER you? It’s that feeling of second guessing why you weren’t the chick walking down the aisle….right??!!

Well, that same feeling applies to the first wife. Especially, when she has to watch her ex move on with not only another woman, but establish a whole new life.

Unforgettable – A Modern Day Thriller Masterpiece

Unforgettable is a rollercoaster ride of emotions for all of its characters. Tessa Connover is barely coping with the end of her marriage when her ex-husband David (Geoff Stults) becomes happily engaged to Julia Banks (Rosario Dawson). David brings Julia to the home he and Tessa once shared and infiltrates her into his life and the life of their daughter Lily (Isabella Kai).

It’s a test of just how far beauty and grace can take a woman in life. Is the cost of perfection a price that is too high to pay? Tessa (Katherine Heigl) is perfect, as was her mother and her daughter Lily. However, as Tessa’s manipulations take a dangerous turn, Julia (Rosario Dawson) grows anxious.

Julia believes that she has finally met the man of her dreams. A man who can help her forget her troubled past, but Tessa is not about to let that happen!!!

“You can’t help but wonder, what would I do if my husband and I got divorced “? “I hope I’d handle it with some dignity, but it would still be heartbreaking. It is the death of all the dreams you had for your family and your future together”, Heigl says.

Co Star, Geoff Stults says he appreciated having a woman at the helm, “It would’ve been so different if it had been directed from a man’s point of view. Denise (Di Novi) gave me a perspective that I never would have had”.

The film’s leading ladies agree. “The breath of her filmmaking experience was evident in the storytelling and every little detail of the shoot,” states Dawson. Aside from the spectacularly smooth directing of Denise Di Novi, Cheryl Ladd is deliciously devilish as Tessa’s mother and Whitney Cummings is the perfect bestie and confidante for Julia.

Unforgettable is like a new-fangled “Fatal Attraction” for the millennial generation! You will scream, jump and want to grab every girlfriend you know to check it out! Produced by Warner Brothers Pictures, Unforgettable opens nationwide on April 21 st .
