There aren’t many roles in life that are as humbling as parenting a child.  If you think you’re patient (tolerant, stoic, giving, loving, fill-in-the-blank), you’ll likely be tested beyond your limits.  Fortunately, neither my husband nor I have ever said or done something that resulted in lasting hurt or damage.  Have I raised my voice at my children?  Sure.  Have I acted on emotion rather than logic? Absolutely. But every day I’m aspiring to be a better listener…to gain a deeper understanding of my children…

Three years ago, I participated in Frigidaire’s Test Drive Program.  At the time, they were showcasing their brand new Gallery collection, and I was given the opportunity to test out a microwave and range. Apart from having to replace the display/control panel, both appliances have proven to be reliable. Neither have broken down or failed to perform the way they were designed to.

Frigidaire recently introduced their brand new Frigidaire Gallery® 24” Built-in Dishwasher, designed to get it right the first time.  I’ve definitely had the experience of running a load of dishes only to have them come out requiring a “do over.” The new dishwasher features an exclusive OrbitClean Spray Arm that provides 4 times as much water coverage for a clean unlike other dishwashers on the market. It’s built-in SaharaDry eliminates the need to towel-dry dishes before putting them away.

To celebrate the launch of Frigidaire’s newest dishwasher, fans can visit their Facebook page to submit the moment they wish they had gotten right the first time.  When you vote, Frigidaire will donate $1 to Save the Children and you’ll be entered to win a brand new Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher. The contest will end on July 8th, 2012.
