And we are going green by recycling, reusing etc just about everything we can – AND paying great attention to the types of merchandise we do buy and what we bring into our home. This extends to our car, our yard, etc. No more plastic, toxic, noxious chemicals etc

I would like to try the Scotch Brite Greener Clean Soap Loaded Scrubbers so I can clean my stove top and oven, and my tiled floors and counters. We have stopped using plastic bags, we unplug all appliances that are not in use, we compost for the gardens, and we have switched out our household light bulbs to the more energy efficient ones. And I’ve started making quilts, again, with old clothes and other fabric materials no longer being used or worn:)

oops.. forgot to say how I’m going green. We use as many organic cleaning products as possible, use tea towels instead of paper towels to wipe up water messes, and we use a mulching mower instead of leavng piles of grass clippings to fill up the trash dumps.

We’re not big paper towel people right as it is, and I think this could be great for what we would use paper towels for. We’re going green by using natural light in our home and walking and biking where we can.
