Last week, a friend and I were talking about the joys and struggles of parenting. Both of us have children around the same ages, spaced approximately 2 years apart. We talked about sibling relationships, discipline, “me” time, and more. As we were talking, I realized that it is, in fact, getting easier.

In the early months, everything from a trip to the grocery store to a simple shower became much more complicated. Despite the fact that I very much believe in attachment parenting, I learned how to put my daughter down (something I didn’t learn quite as quickly with my son). Time to explore and play is just as important as time close to mommy. When I needed somewhere safe, I put her in our ExerSaucer.

Evenflo’s Triple Fun Active Learning Center can be used from infancy into toddlerhood, which makes it extremely versatile. During infancy, we placed my daughter on the Playmat to introduce her to a variety of colors, shapes and textures. Once she started rolling over and crawling, we introduced her to the ExerSaucer, which she currently still enjoys. My daughter enjoys jumping, spinning around, and playing with the toys on the ExerSaucer. Something as simple as pushing the little toy monkey back and forth across the bar is helping her develop her fine motor skills. Many of the toys play sounds and music, which keep her engaged. And if you have other Evenflo products in your home, the toys are interchangeable.

I know that it’s nearly time to transition the ExerSaucer to the Activity Table because my daughter is on the last height adjustment. While she’s gotten a ton of use from it, I’m glad that she’ll still be able to use it as a toddler. The Activity Table will give my daughter the freedom to cruise and help her gain confidence to start walking.

I haven’t traveled with it, but the center folds up for travel and storage.m
