The uniqueness of families is that they come in all shapes and sizes. Playing With Fire, now available on digital and Blu-ray, is a heartwarming story that will change how you look at the traditional, modern family. Starring John Cena and John Leguizamo, the movie is a beautiful reminder of how foster and adoptive parenting can be life-changing for families.

Playing With Fire
John Cena stars as fire superintendent Jake Carson and his team of expert firefighters to rescue three siblings in the path of an encroaching wildfire. As they endeavor to locate their parents, they realize that no amount of training could prepare them for their most challenging job yet…to care for these kids. The search for the siblings’ parents continues as the firefighters have their lives, jobs, and their fire depot turned upside down. They quickly learn that kids, like fires, are wild and unpredictable.

We previewed the film before it was released in theaters last Fall, and really appreciated the wholesome humor and poignant messages about family, particularly foster and adoptive families. We also gained a deeper appreciation for the work our firefighters endure given the fact that we live in a state that experiences a significant wildfire season each year.
