While it may seem a bit early to talk about Halloween, many stores are already stocking costumesfor Halloween. I don’t necessarily like the darkness surrounding Halloween, but we do like to dress up and celebrate in brighter ways. From visiting our local pumpkin patch to strolling our little neighborhood, we actually do get quite festive and excited about the holiday.
This year, my son is enthralled with all things Toy Story. I don’t even think I had to ask him what he wanted to “be” this year. As we were browsing the array of kids Halloween costumes online, his eyes caught site of the Buzz Lightyear Toddler Costume and it was decided.
Can I let you in on a little secret? I had to put the costume away because my son wants to dress up as Buzz for school…and the grocery store…and at bedtime. The costume is adorable and includes a jumpsuit with attached chest piece, hood, and shin guards. It is made from 100% polyester, which means that it will keep kids warm during the fall. I like the fact that it’s lightweight, since many costumes are bulky and uncomfortable. The costume is an authentic Disney costume. My son completed the look with his Talking Woody Doll.
The Buzz Lightyear Toddler Costume retails for $49.99 but is currently on sale for $35.97. Costume Discounters guarantees to have the lowest prices on the web. If you find an identical costume priced lower on another site, the company will match it PLUS take off 20%. For a wide variety of infant, toddler, child, and adult costumes, just visit Costume Discounters.

My daughter is the same way. She would wear her Cinderella or Belle costume anywhere we go if we let her. Sometimes we do give in, but other times like weddings, the costumes have to stay home. We do not need her stealing the glory away from the bride…lol.
He is too cute as Buzz. You will let him wear it to DL, right?
Oh my goodness! Too cute!!!! I’m already thinking Halloween because we won’t be anywhere where normal costumes can be worn. It’s going to be cold where we are about to move to!
My son also loves Toy Story! He’d would go crazy for this outfit and probably wouldn’t ever want to take it off either. I just got him a Toy Story product called Wallables. It’s part wall décor, part toy made of soft foam. It’s velcroed to the wall, so he can play with it like it’s an action figure. I bought him the Buzz Lightyear and Woody products for his bedroom. If your son is as obsessed about Toy Story as mine, he will love them too.
He looks so cute, I can imagine that he would want to wear that everywhere and everyone would tell him how adorable he is. I can’t wait to see what you got your daughter.
Thanks for the info, Bill & I dress up every year also, so I’ll have to check out their site and see what they have for couples.
It’s always fun for kids to dress up and pretend for a little while and that’s a great costume he looks so cute.
