I’m a total health nut, but I have a serious weakness for OREO cookies. As a child, this was a very special treat I enjoyed with my father. It’s memories like these, even ones that don’t seem overly significant, that I cherish, particularly as I think about Father’s Day.
I strive to show my husband that he is a wonderful father all year long, but Father’s Day is that one day where it’s all about him! He isn’t particular about things and would rather spend the day with his family. We’ll have a nice meal and spend a leisurely day relaxing together.

My dad is the best dad in the world even thoe i have my own family and live in my home he still acts like a father figure and still corrects me when im wrong and he spoils me by bringing me chocolate cake every weekend. Hes also been there for me since day 1 makeing sure i have what I need and still does. I love him best dad ever

Some very fond memories I had with my dad was ever night for many years, he would call me and we would talk for 2-3 hours a night. He loved talking about the Bible and our shopping tripe and things like that. I really have missed that since he passed.
And I might add, now I have a son who has 5 children and he is a terrific father to them and his first children were his twin daughters born while he was serving in Iraq

I love my dad! I remember when my sister and I were just little and my dad worked 2 jobs. We would wait up at night to see him and I know he was tired and all he wanted to do was relax and yet he always made time for us!

My dad is crazy, insane, funny, but most of all… he’s my dad! He married my mom when we had nothing, and he took over a HUGE role that he didn’t have to. Our families ended up becoming the Brady Bunch, and I can’t thank him enough for being there for me when he already had four children of his own.
He will be walking me down the aisle this August, and actually we picked our daddy-daughter dance song today, and he started crying! I love him so much:)
