My husband and I enjoy opening up our home to friends and family for holiday get-togethers or more informal barbeques. Entertaining, particularly if done regularly, costs money. Just in time for game season, Tara, from Deal Seeking Mom, is currently hosting Walmart’s Game Day Challenge, which is part of their new Nice Save Facebook application.
Every month, as part of Walmart’s commitment to Every Day Low Prices, a new challenge will be posted on their Facebook page, where fans will share money saving tips. Each challenge will be related to a different theme and the goal is to help moms solve that challenge. Here is Tara’s video with her tips on throwing a game day party under $50:
You can go on Walmart’s Facebook page and submit your own solutions to the current challenge (which will change every few weeks). The deadline for this week’s challenge is September 18th. The top ranked ideas at the end of the submission period will be featured in a wrap-up video produced by a Walmart Mom host.
