Now that Spring is officially here, I’ve been doing a ton of experimenting in the kitchen! I love trying new recipes to break up the monotony of our meals, but sometimes a cookbook just isn’t enough to inspire me. Since Spring is all about fresh, new ideas, Macy’s Culinary Council will host a special in-store cooking demo with Chef Jonna Talbott. In cities across the country, the council aspires to help families cook and eat at home. Some of the chefs that are part of the council are renowned culinary experts including Cat Cora, Todd English, and Wolfgang Puck, who provide advice and lead demos in Macy’s stores across the country.
This Saturday, March 30th, Chef Jonna Talbott will share her inspiration for fresh menu ideas in addition to demonstrating her Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto and Quinoa Tabbouleh. Here are the details for this culinary event:
When: Saturday, March 30th, 2013 at 2 pm
Where: Macy’s South Coast Plaza Home Store, 3333 Bear Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92646
