And just like that, 2014 has nearly come to a close! With Christmas just a few days away, we’re already thinking of ways to ring in the new year as a family. We have created a heart full of memories at Knott’s Berry Farm so we are excited that we get to spend the last day of 2014 at their family-friendly New Year’s Eve Celebration!
We absolutely love the park all dressed up for the holidays so we’re looking forward to spending the day enjoying all of the holiday merriment Knott’s has put together for this special time of year. If you’ve yet to visit the park during the holidays, there is still time to make your own special memories with your family. Here are 8 things you can only experience during Knott’s Merry Farm.
1. Merry Christmas, Snoopy! The ice shows at Knott’s Berry Farm are some of the best we’ve seen, and this Holiday season, the park introduced a brand new show performing at the Charles M. Schulz Theatre. From trimming the Christmas tree to waiting for Santa, this ice spectacular will follow Snoopy and his friends as they enjoy the most memorable traditions of the season.
2. Snoopy’s Merriest Tree Lighting: Now a holiday nighttime tradition, this beautiful ceremony takes place on the Calico Square Stage and features a cast of marching toy soldiers, dancing snowmen and the beloved Snoopy!
3. Lucy’s Wish List: Join Charlie Brown, Linus, and Lucy at the Camp Snoopy Theatre for a singing, dancing extravaganza with a holiday twist.
4. Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol / O. Henry’s A Gift of the Magi: If you’ve yet to see Knott’s Berry Farm’s live renditions of these classics, you’ll want to be sure to head over to the Bird Cage Theatre in Ghost Town before the season closes. Both performances are showcase the true meaning of the season through music and laughter.

As the sun sets each night during Knott’s Merry Farm, Main Street in Ghost Town will be filled with snow as thousands of sparkling lights dance to the beat of holiday music.
