Posted by Caryn Bailey 157 Comments

This giveaway is now closed.  Thanks for stopping by!  The winners are Carol, Tiffany S, and Sarah.  Congrats!

I just told you about a A Baby Story, a fabulous reality-based TV show on TLC.  Well, Genius Products and TLC will also release Jon & Kate Plus Ei8ht” Season 4, Volume 1: The Wedding on May 5.  Having one toddler keeps me busy enough.  I can’t imagine having 6 the same age AND a set of twins all under the age of eight!  If you’ve yet to see the show, I highly recommend it. But just be warned that it’s addicting!  Here is a little more information about the show from the site:

jon_and_kate_s4_v1_box_art_3dGrowing another year older, the adorably chaotic Gosselin clan returns for a monumental year of more fun.  Quick on their feet, the Gosselins learn as they go and always manage to stay ahead of the eight-year-old twins and four-year-old sextuplets that outnumber them four-to-one.  Follow the Gosselins as they plan for the biggest vacation of their lives and make plans to relocate their entire family to another state, all while continuing to ensure their brood has a happy, normal childhood.  Hardly the typical American family, Jon and Kate never cease to amaze and inspire parents everywhere with their child-rearing philosophies and unsurpassed organization.

My favorite aspect of the show is that this is REAL! They are a real family and not a bunch of actors. I love to watch all different episodes and especially liked when they were starting preschool.

I love the children. We viewers have watched them grow up in front of our eyes. I look at the show and know if she can do it with 8 then I don’t need to be scared of being a mother. I always have a fear that I would never be good enough for a child. They show that people aren’t perfect, and forgiveness is key.

I’ve watched Jon and Kate since the first season and have followed along ever since. I just love the kids and how different each one is. Kate has become such a strong person, although at times a little to severe for me, but she is such a loving, wonderful mom. And Jon is so laid back, and so giving to his kids. His interaction with them is amazing.

My favorite aspect of the show is that Jon and Kate have their ups and downs just like the rest of us. It’s interesting to see how they bond with their children, as well as have meltdowns.

My favorite aspect of the show is that they give Jon and Kate a bit of time to be reflective of the day’s events – that’s something I rarely take time to do, but if I did I would often feel the same way.
