As busy as it is this time of year, somehow I’m managing to juggle family, work and personal life without feeling a ton of stress. Perhaps it’s because I started my holiday shopping early or the fact that I’m intentional about making time for friends, family, and even myself.
On Tuesday, December 11th, 2012, UPS will host a Twitter Party discussing ways to have a hassle-free holiday. Right now, you can find Brad the Box’s top tips to keep you stress-free this season, some of which include getting organized, simplifying, and using helpful services like UPS My Choice to help manage holiday shopping and deliveries.
Last year, I signed up for UPS My Choice, an absolutely brilliant service that allows me to manage my package deliveries including where, when and how I receive them. I love receiving email notifications with tracking information for both expected and unexpected deliveries. When I’m traveling or away from home for the day, I can go online and ask UPS to hold my package for pick-up so I don’t miss it. There are both free and paid versions of the service, and in general, you can go online to reschedule, re-route or authorize a release of your package.
