My mother must have done something right because I’m 32 years old and have never had a cavity. I rarely miss flossing or twice daily brushing and try to get regular cleanings and check-ups every 6 months. I avoid soda and candy and try to boost my intake of healthy fruits and vegetables. I don’t, however, consistently use a mouth rinse. I’ve tried several on the market, but I’ve not found one that I can stand to use on a regular basis (mostly due to taste and burning).
Mom Central recently invited me to participate in a test drive of Crest’s new Pro-Health Complete Rinse. I’ve been using the Rinse for about a week and a half now and actually find the taste quite pleasant. It’s free of alcohol which is why I don’t notice any burning sensation. The Rinse is formulated to rebuild teeth enamel, help prevent cavities, clean teeth and gums, kill bad breath germs, and freshen breath. My only challenge is consistently using it twice a day as, inevitably, I forget the morning rinse.
I still have a couple of weeks left with the Rinse so I’ll update you with my final thoughts shortly.
A one month’s supply of Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse retails for $4.59 and is available at retailers nationwide.
What do you do to keep your teeth healthy?
I wrote this review while participating in a test drive campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Crest and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.

Well when I was a child our mom had us brush with baking soda. We didn’t use toothpaste at all.
I never had a cavity until I was 21. At 18 when I graduated high school I started using commercial brands of toothpaste. So in three years I ended up with 7 cavities between the teeth. I always flossed so I knew that wasn’t the reason. I new it was not using the Baking Soda. By the way none of my 4 siblings had a cavity either except my younger sis. Yet that doesn’t count, she had first cracked the tooth in a fall off a trampoline and in that fall she also broke her arm.
Interesting…I’ve seen a lot of toothpaste with baking soda which makes sense…..Thanks for sharing!
