Tony the Tiger has gone gold! Get your game on with Frosted Flakes Gold, a new cereal packing 10 g of whole grains and 3 g of fiber. This new twist on the original is designed to produce long-lasting energy. We like the crunchier texture and honey-sweet flavor. At 110 calories and less than 1 g of fat, Frosted Flakes Gold is a healthier alternative to sugary sweet cereals on the market. For more on nutritional information, visit their website.
Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes has launched a new program, entitled Earn Your Stripes, to encourage kids to be more active, eat right, and work hard to achieve their goals. Part of the program entails a partnership with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), Little League® International and Girls on the Run International to create the Five Golden Rules of Sportsmanship. These rules provide coaches and parents with the tools necessary for success on and off the field. The site has several fun activities for kids. Check it out here. Worried your child will spend too much time on the site? Friendly reminders will pop-up encouraging you and your kids to get out and play! Now…if only my computer had that…
Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes Gold is in stores now and retails for $3.99. Thank you Kellogg’s and Mom Central for indulging our flair for all things breakfast!
