It’s May…almost halfway through the year…perhaps it’s time for me to think about where I’m at with my weight loss and fitness goals. A few months ago, I was just 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight (pre as in before I became pregnant with my almost 4 year old son). While I am happy with what I’ve achieved, I’ve reached the point in my journey where getting the last few pounds off is difficult. Traveling and one too many meals out means I’m still 10 pounds from my goal weight.

I am walking alot more for exercise
Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and walking. That and eating healthy food, with an emphasis on veggies.

right now i am in my 9th month of pregnancy , so my fitness routine is limited…I do walk 2 miles every time the weather is cooperative with that effort! After baby its all bets off boom…back into full swing fitness. I was running 3 miles a day pre pregnancy adn will probably resume that

I try to excercise atleast 5 times a week, and keep my self interested with variety, Zumba classes, outdoor walks/hikes, or going to the gym and being sure to eat atleast 5 servings of veggies and fruits a day
I have cut back on drinking soda, and have began walking for 20 minutes a day. We are also going to start riding bikes as a family on the weekend.
