Effortless Dishwashing With Finish Quantum *Giveaway*

Since my husband does most of the cooking, I’m the designated dish washer!  And while we have an appliance that does most of the work for me, I still find that I have to rinse the dishes before loading the dishwasher (which almost completely defeats the purpose!).  This is particularly true if I don’t run the dishwasher the same day and the dishes have sat overnight.

Earlier this year, I started using Finish Quantum capsules and Jet-Dry Turbo Dry in our dishwasher. Prior to that, I used a dish-washing gel that never really washed all of dishes well.  Finish Quantum uses a multi-chamber technology with powerful enzymes to remove food, POWERMAX bleach for tough stains, and JET-DRY gel for shine. Jet-Dry Turbo Dry is a drying agent specifically engineered to allow you to use your clean and dry dishes straight from the dishwasher. I prefer to use Finish Quantum with Jet-Dry Turbo Dry because I think they work really well together.

Both products work well together and were featured on Designing Spaces.  I like the fact that the detergent is pre-measured which equals no mess.  The added rinse agent means that my dishes come out spotless!  One of the things I learned was that pre-rinsing (which I’m notorious for) is time consuming and can waste up to 20 gallons of water per load.  If you were to run 4 loads a week (I’m certain we run more than that), you could be wasting up to 4000 gallons of water every year.  Products like Finish pre–treat so you don’t have to pre-rinse.

  1. I learned that powerful scrubbing micro beads are in Quantum that soften foods baked on like lasagna that there is no need to pre-rinse your dishes.

  4. The product contains Powermax Bleach granules that are tough enough to attack stains like tea and coffee. This would be great because we drink alot of coffee!
