Family Movie Night With Disney Frozen and Kidfresh *Giveaway*

No compensation was received for this post.  A copy of the DVD was provided along with the giveaway items.

FROZEN Box ArtHave you heard? Disney’s Frozen is the highest-grossing animated film of all time…it’s also one of our all-time favorite films, currently on repeat in our Blu-ray player. After winning the hearts of audiences young and old, Disney’s Frozen is now available on Blu-ray and DVD.  Along with offering several exciting new, never-before-seen bonus features, Disney has partnered with KidFresh on an exciting promotion to help make family movie nights healthy, delicious, and seamless.

This beautiful, auspicious, redemptive take on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale The Snow Queen, weaves music, fantasy, and a phenomenal voice cast to depict the unbreakable bond between two sisters. If you’ve yet to see the film, you can read my complete review here.

My daughter in particular, can’t get enough of the film, and very often we’ll role play Anna and Elsa while we’re watching together. After watching a handful of times, she finally agreed to watch the Bonus Features, which are engaging and offer a new way to experience this film, destined to be a classic. Some of the more familiar features include the original theatrical short Get a Horse, the Let It Go Music Video by Demi Lovato, and the Frozen Teaser Trailer. My personal favorite is the catchy, clever music video titled “The Making of Frozen.”  Rather than give the fun away, I’ll let you watch this teaser video:

As you might expect, you’ll find a selection of Deleted Scenes along with The Real Making of Frozen and the process the filmmakers went through to realize the inspired work.

Kidfresh Disney Frozen

It seems ironic to be using the words “healthy” and “frozen” in the same sentence. But a “healthy frozen kid’s meal” is exactly what the founders of Kidfresh aspired towards.  Founded by a father, the brand collaborates with a close team of chefs and nutritionists to ensure the meals are healthy and appetizing to kids.  Each of the 7 meals offered are free from artificial colors, flavors or preservatives and contain hidden vegetables.  The foods offered are those popular amongst kids which is idea for parents who struggle to get their children diversify their food choices.

Families will be able to save up to $6.00 during this exclusive promotion. Through the purchase of any two Kidfresh meals and the Frozen Blu-ray Combo Pack, parents can save $5.00 by mail-in rebate. In addition, an extra $1.00 off coupon for any two Kidfresh meals will be available at point of purchase in over 2,200 participating retailers, including Stop & Shop, Giant, Kroger, HEB, ShopRite, A&P, Pathmark, and Harris Teeter.

To celebrate the release of Frozen on Blu-ray and DVD, Disney has partnered with Kidfresh to offer families up to $6.00 in savings with the purchase of 2 Kidfresh meals and a Frozen Blu-ray Combo Pack.  Along with a $5.00 mail-in rebate, families will receive a $1.00 off coupon for any two Kidfresh products.

Win It!  One of you will win a $25 Gift Card to purchase Kidfresh meals + a Frozen Blu-ray Combo Pack. Simply complete the Rafflecopter form and leave a comment with your favorite scene from Frozen. Comments will close on April 14th, 2014 at 11:59 PM PST.
