We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Regardless of the amount of time I have in the morning, I ensure that we’ve all eaten breakfast, even if it’s simply a bowl of cereal. Both of my children started eating Cheerios as their first cereal. The toasted whole grain oat cereal is low in fat and sugar, packed with 14 vitamins and minerals, and perfect for babies & tots, children, teens, and adults.
This January, Cheerios is launching something new…Cinnamon Burst Cheerios! You may already know that Cheerios actually comes in ten varieties. Cinnamon Burst Cheerios is made with real cinnamon while maintaining it’s “whole grain goodness.” It contains 20% of your daily fiber, has 9 grams of sugar, and is free from saturated fat and cholesterol.
Cinnamon has many health benefits, and I’ve often added it to my morning breakfast. Now, I don’t have to with the new Cinnamon Burst Cheerios. They’re not overly sweet and boast just enough cinnamon to be pleasant but not overwhelming.
Cinnamon Burst Cheerios will be in stores in January!
