Celebrate Mother’s Day With Elegant Bouquets From Better Homes and Gardens *Giveaway*

Two weeks ago, our little family bundled up as the rain steadily fell in what we hope is the last storm of the season.  In that short amount of time, our weather has warmed up drastically, and with it we’ve seen some of the most beautiful roses bloom in our garden.  I love flowers in my home because they add color and life to our space. And with Mother’s Day rapidly approaching, I plan to gift my own mother with a vibrant bouquet as a simple way of showing her how much I love her.

Last week, my friend Shannon from The Mommy Files gifted me with a gorgeous flower arrangement as part of FTD.com and Better Homes and Gardens’ Pay It Forward campaign.  The flower arrangement, which included pink roses, tulips, carnations, daisies, and greens interspersed throughout, was elegantly arranged in a clear square vase.  FTD.com partnered with Better Homes and Gardens to create a collection of fresh flower arrangements and plants, some of which were designed by Better Homes and Gardens editors.  The FTD Blooming Vision bouquet I received is one of the Editors’ Choice arrangements and includes a vase and a one year subscription to Better Homes and Gardens as part of their Mother’s Day promotion.  Each arrangement is either designed and delivered by an FTD florist or delivered straight from the grower.

To celebrate moms, FTD.com launched a Mother’s Day Getaway Sweepstakes on their Facebook page and the grand prize is a trip for two to Morgan Bay Beach Resort in St. Lucia!  The prize includes a 4 night stay in a one bedroom Oceanview suite along with an all-inclusive program that includes meals, activities, and nightly entertainment.
