Both of my kids have always been enthralled with the hit kids’ show Yo Gabba Gabba! and as a parent I particularly like that the show encourages children to get up and move. The award-winning show, which airs on Nick Jr., is taking to the stage (and to the road) in a brand new show titled Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! Get the Sillies Out!
If your children have watched the show, then they know that the “sillies” are crazy little creatures that live inside of us and need to be shaken out. DJ Lance Rock and the colorful cast will have families jumping, shaking, and shimmying their sillies out in the new show.
The tour celebrates the shows first national beverage launch in addition to their new line of toys, kids sportswear and DVD/CD collectors’ edition.
The tour will come to more than 50 cities in the US this year, including San Diego on March 9th. There are only 2 shows at the San Diego Civic Theatre at 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm, so be sure to get your tickets before they sell out! Tickets start at just $22 for children 1 and over (Infants under the age of one can sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket). VIP Party Packages are also available and include a ticket in the first 15 rows, a pass to the private VIP “Get the Sillies Out” room which will feature the Gabba Gang, music, dancing, snacks, and refreshments, and individual photo opps.
