If you’ve ever visited LA, you know that food is a culinary adventure. There is no shortage of diverse, gourmet restaurants and if you dream it, it likely exists. My husband and I share a love for food and are quite audacious when it comes to trying new dishes.
With so much to do in LA, particularly surrounding Labor Day weekend, it’s become a tradition for us to visit The Taste, presented by the Los Angeles Times. This annual culinary extravaganza takes place over the 3-day weekend and includes five signature events, all held at Paramount Pictures Studios. Attend one day or all three for the ultimate immersion in the LA food scene. Tickets for opening night are $125 and a limited number of weekend passes are available for $175. Our favorite event during The Taste is the Labor Day Block Party, which runs from 11 am to 3 pm on Sunday, September 1st.
