The Pumpkin Patch at Irvine Park Railroad

It’s mid-October and we already have 2 pumpkins adorning our porch! One of our favorite Fall activities involves going to our local pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin.We typically spend an afternoon making our way through the hay maze, riding the train, racing the tractors and getting our scare on at the not-too-spooky Haunted House.

The Pumpkin Patch at Irvine Park Railroad is one of the largest in the county featuring thousands of pumpkins in a variety of shapes and sizes. The entire area is transformed for the season with enough activities to keep kids engaged all day.  We actually visited early in the season and then headed back because we couldn’t get enough!

Traditionally, The Pumpkin Patch has offered a combination of free and ticketed activities. Here is what you can expect this year at the Irvine Park Railroad Pumpkin Patch:

Activity tickets are $4 each or you can get a book of 15 for $50 which will save you $10.

The Pumpkin Patch is open through Halloween! Hours are as follows:

Weekends:  9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Weekdays: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
