The Coolest New Star Wars: The Force Awakens Toys

The Force was particularly strong today as toys from the latest film Star Wars: The Force Awakens were released in stores across the world.  Deemed Force Friday, it’s like equivalent of Black Friday for Star Wars enthusiasts. The film, slated to be released on December 18th, 2015, is the 7th installment in the Star Wars film series and takes place 30 years after Return of the Jedi. With a significant amount of time passing since the last film, Star Wars fans are anxiously awaiting the film and all of the toys and merchandise that will be available for the season.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens Toys

In true Black Force Friday fashion, we headed to our local Walmart to check out the latest toys inspired by Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Having had a sneak peek in Dallas earlier this year, I compiled the coolest new Star Wars: The Force Awakens Toys as a guide to help you as you shop for the holiday season.

Legendary Yoda

1. Star Wars Legendary Jedi Master Yoda: Train to become a Jedi with the master himself. With 3 play modes, Master Yoda is crafted with full voice recognition, speaks 115 phrases, and features 360-degree movement, making him the most realistic Star Wars toy created.

 Star Wars Millennium Falcon

2. Star Wars Remote Control Ultimate Millennium Falcon Quad:  The most iconic ship in the Star Wars universe takes flight right in your home with this realistic remote control replica. Featuring 4 concealed rotors, iconic LED lights, and authentic sounds, this ship can be controlled from 200 feet away.

BladeBuilders Lightsaber

3. Star Wars Bladebuilders Jedi Master Lightsaber: With over 100 unique combinations, this Jedi weapon replica provides children with seemingly endless play as they recreate battles from their favorite Star Wars films. Included with the main Lightsaber are 2 independently-lit lightdaggers, an expansion hilt, 2 elbow connectors, a dual connector and a cross connector. This cinema-realistic lightsaber features classic lights and sounds and can be combined with others in the BladeBuilders system.

 Star Wars Titanium Series

4. Star Wars The Black Series Titanium Series Models: At just under $5 each, these intricately detailed die-cast vehicles from Star Wars: The Force Awakens will inspire children to recreate their favorite scenes from the Star Wars Universe. Also includes a stand which helps to simulate a hovering effect.

Star Wars LEGOS

5. Star Wars: The Force Awakens LEGOS: Building your favorite vehicles and creating scenes from Star Wars: The Force Awakens has never been more fun with the newly-launched LEGO sets. Each set boasts striking attention to detail and offers kids endless hours of creative play.

R2-D2 Playset

6. Star Wars: The Force Awakens Micro Machines R2-D2 Playset: Included with this playset, which folds out into a snowy battle scene, is the First Order Snowspeeder vehicle and a Chewbacca Microfigure. Collect additional figures and vehicles for limitless battle scenes, action and adventure.

 Star Wars Action Figures

7. Star Wars: The Force Awakens Action Figures: Hasbro’s new line of film-realistic action figures are outfitted with sleek armor and powerful weapons to inspire kids to recreate scenes from the Star Wars Universe.

Some toys are still being rolled out in Walmart stores nationwide, so I highly recommend calling or visiting Walmart.com for the entire Star Wars: The Force Awakens toys.
