On Sunday, the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Orange County (CASA) held their annual Pumpkins & Pancakes Halloween Extravaganza at South Coast Plaza. Kids rocked out to tunes spun by Radio Disney, parents sipped cappuccinos and ate a gourmet breakfast catered by Plum’s Cafe…the Costa Mesa Fire Department gave tours of their Fire Truck while adjacent skateboarders showed off their skills! There was plenty of food, plenty of activities, and plenty of fun. In the end, the organization likely raised over $50,000 to support CASA’s work with abused and neglected children.
