Share the Joy With Lands’ End

Posted by Caryn Bailey Leave a Comment

It’s been raining for days and days and days (well, more like 5) and we’ve been spending a lot of way too much time indoors.  So, we decided to set up camp inside…

While we were on the east coast visiting family, my son had to sleep on a mattress. In order to convince him that this was a perfectly acceptable place to sleep (as opposed to mommy and daddy’s bed), we pulled out my a sleeping bag and got my son excited about “camping out.”  Since then, he’s talked about getting his own sleeping bag so he can go camping with daddy…in the spring…when it stops raining!

And while I don’t like to give my son presents before Christmas, we needed a break from all the baking and crafting we’ve been doing.  So, we set up the Kids’ Nylon Sleeping Bag Lands’ End sent us.  Isn’t it bright and colorful?

It’s also very roomy at over 6 feet long!  This sleeping bag is more than just a fun place to sleep and play.  The nylon shell and cozy fleece lining will keep kids warm while the plush fill provides comfort.  The zippers are easy to operate and my 3 1/2 year old son has no trouble getting in and out.  The sleeping bag comes with a storage bag which can be monogrammed with your child’s name or initials.  Right now, the sleeping bag is on sale for $55.50 and comes in Light Fuchsia/Seaside Pink.

I know it’s blurry, but I love this picture…

Looking for more gift ideas?

Lands’ End has a lovely Cashmere Scarf on sale for $54.99 (Spice Orange and Bright Coral Pink), offered in six rich winter colors.  The scarf is 100% luxurious cashmere and looks super warm and cozy.  They also have a Chunky Knit Throw I wish I could snuggle up with right now!  It’s generous in size, thick and plush, and made from acrylic and wool.  Lastly, if you’re looking for a stocking, check out this gorgeous Chunky Cable Knit Christmas Stocking (which matches the throw).  It’s made of woven plush cable knit fabric and the felt tree attached can be personalized for free.

Be sure to check out the winter sale, going on now with savings of 40-60%!
