Real conversations with my husband…
Jason: You know we’re inside, right? (referring to the fact that I’m going crazy looking for my sunglasses)
Me: Yes…and?
Jason: Well, you don’t have to have your sunglasses every moment of the day since we’re going to be inside!
Me: But I need them!
If you’ve ever seen photos or videos of me, than you’ll likely notice a consistent pattern amongst them all…I am either wearing sunglasses or they are resting on top of my head. Living in Southern California means we get a lot of sunshine, and since I wear contact lenses, it’s become a habit that I always have my sunglasses with me. If I could glue them to me, I would!
More of an accessory than a necessity, you’ll never find me without a pair of sunglasses. While it’s important that my shades do what they’re supposed to do (protect my eyes from the sun), they have to be stylish and highly versatile. I want to wear them with jeans and a sweater or a sundress and not have to worry about whether or not they coordinate with my outfit.
About a year ago, my youngest absolutely loved trying on and playing with my sunglasses. But very often she’d experiment to see how far the frames would bend, breaking them. I’ve managed to keep my current pair intact for quite some time, and with Spring on the horizon, I thought it would be fun to try out a new style.
Thanks to Perfect Glasses USA, I’m sporting these Sugarette Sunglasses in Crimson Stripe by Paul Frank. Available in 8 colors and with prescription or non-prescription lenses, these shades are stylish and provide sufficient protection from the sun. I’m very familiar with the Orange County local’s line of clothing and accessories, most of which is centered around Julius the Monkey, but only recently learned that the designer also offered sunglasses. While you won’t find Julius on this particular line, I do guarantee that you’ll find it to be trendy, fashion forward, and highly versatile.
While browsing the site, I found it incredibly difficult to narrow my choices down to just one pair. Whether you prefer something simple, colorful, or bold, check out the line of Paul Frank Sunglasses, available at Perfect Glasses USA. The online shopping destination offers a wide selection of quality glasses and prescription sunglasses for men, women, and children. Because the Orange County company does not offer a brick & mortar store, they are able to provide discounts on designer glasses and sunglasses, including the line by Paul Frank.
I absolutely love my new shades. The stripes add a bit of pizazz yet they’re still modern and fashionable. Paul Frank must have known that I have small children since each pair of sunglasses comes with a protective designer case. Fabulous!
