My friends stalk my social media channels whenever they are in my city because they know that as a foodie, I’m only going to showcase the best of Southern California food. I absolutely love trying new restaurants, particularly when the venue offers unique, fusion, gourmet, or sustainable dishes. Living in Orange County means that I am within driving distance of some of the best restaurants in Southern California. And very often, I am introduced to those establishments through events like the Pacific Wine & Food Classic, held at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort.
Bringing together 50 prominent chefs, premium spirits, and 100 wines and distinguished winemakers, The Pacific Wine & Food Classic is a world-class culinary experience. Held August 17th and 18th, 2019, the celebration will feature celebrity chef demonstrations, master sommelier discussions, summer mixology demos with opportunities to try summer dishes and hand-crafted cocktails. With the gorgeous backdrop of Back Bay and the sounds of lively jazz music, The Pacific Wine & Food Classic will offer guests an immersive experience.
There will also be over 100 food, wine, and cocktail stations for guests to explore, taste and sip.
In addition to the weekend events, the Pacific Wine & Food Classic will also host two after parties on each day!
Not ready for the day to end? Enjoy a Yacht Rock After Part at Back Bay Bistro with live music, food, and drinks. Trinity Tribute Band will feature top players and recording artists performing the music of Journey, Foreigner, and Styx, including Yacht Rock favorites.

Join the Sunday evening after-party at Back Bay Bistro! Groove Kitty, 80’s arena pop/rock band will perform all of the 80’s hits during their live after-party at sunset.
