Outback Steakhouse is a lifesaver for me and my family. I want to cook…I really do. But by the time I finish attempt to finish work, pick up my kids, supervise and help with homework, and take them to soccer or swim team practice, there isn’t a lot of time. And in the interest of taking care of all of us, I’ve built-in days where we can eat out at our favorite steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse.

Outback Steakhouse, inspired by the Australian Outback, recently debuted their new Raise the Steaks menu, and the dishes are taking the restaurant’s signature dishes and flavors to new heights. If you’re familiar with the restaurant, you know that one of their popular dishes is the Bloomin’ Onion, which features a 1-pound onion cut to bloom open and then breaded, deep-fried and served with mayonnaise-horseradish sauce. As part of Outback’s new menu, the restaurant will feature 3 new dishes.

Towering Beer-Battered Onion Ring Filet

This stack of crispy, beer-battered onion rings are piled high on Outback’s perfectly seasoned and seared steak filet. The dish is then set atop a crispy hash brown cake. Available as a 6 or 9-ounce filet.

Towering Grilled Shrimp On The Barbie Filet

Outback takes a skewer of perfectly grilled shrimp is stacked on top of a seasoned, seared steak filet, all of which sits on a crispy hash brown cake. Available as a 6 or 9-ounce filet.

  47. My favorite item at Outback Steakhouse is their Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Side Salad along with a small filet. However, the new Towering Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie Filet looks amazing.
