No Bake Gingerpops! *Giveaway*

Posted by Caryn Bailey 112 Comments

This giveaway is now closed. Thanks for stopping by. The winner is Heather. Congrats!

While the recipe for gingersnap cookies and gingerbread houses isn’t complicated, my son and I’d much rather spend our time decorating.  Wilton’s Gingerpops Cookie Kit makes a fun rainy day activity and the result is adorably delicious holiday treats.

Wilton’s Gingerpops Cookie Kit contains everything you need to create and wrap your little gingerbread men including gingersnap cookies, icing mix, decorating candy, treat bags, gift stickers and more.  Wilton’s DIY kits are affordable, fun and most importantly doable.

After you’ve mixed up the frosting, simply spread it onto the back of a Ginger friend and place a stick inside.  Once you’ve attached your second friend, I recommend allowing the pop to dry a bit so that you can decorate the gingerbread men without having to be overly cautious.  We actually attached all of the gingerbread men one night and decorated them the next (we just cut the frosting mix in half and mixed it up each day).

The Gingerbread men have grooves to help guide you as you decorate. Or feel free to use your creativity and come up with your own designs.  The kit includes two tips so you can create hair, clothing, and more.

The kit does contain treat bags and gift stickers to wrap and gift.  However, we never made it that far. They were just too yummy!

The Gingerpops Cookie Kit retails for $12.99 and is available online and at retailers where Wilton products are sold.

Win It! This is a super quick giveaway. One of you will win both a Gingerpops Cookie Kit and a Gingerbread Ornament Cookie Kit. Simply leave me a comment with the name of another Wilton product you like from the site. Comments will close tomorrow December 23, 2010 at 11:59 PM PST.  US Residents only.  Duplicates and comments not including the above information will be disqualified. Comments are moderated. If you don’t see your comment in a reasonable amount of time, send me an email. Bloggers and non-bloggers may enter. If you don’t want to leave your email address, please be sure to check back for my announcement on the winner. Please note that winners must respond within 48 hours of being announced/contacted or another winner will be drawn.
