My Best Tips For Reducing Eye Puffiness

Tips For Puffy Eyes

Even before I walked out of the movie theater, I had my dark shades in place, obscuring the world from the evidence of the ugly cry I had just experienced while watching Pixar’s latest animated film Inside Out. I’ve always been highly in touch with my emotions and can tear up at the most affective commercials, which doesn’t help the chronic state of eye puffiness I experience due to inadequate sleep, stress, or allergies.  For those days when genetics and life interplay, I reach into my arsenal of beauty tips I’ve picked up along the way to reduce the eye puffiness.

Solution-for-Puffy-Eyes

For the past week, I’ve been using Solutions24 Clincial’s Puffy Eyes Corrector Stick to help reduce the puffiness underneath my eyes.  The corrector stick, which I’ve been keeping in my purse, was scientifically tested to demonstrate a visible reduction in puffiness and swelling around the eyes. Eye Puffiness

After one week, I’ve already noticed a decrease in the puffiness. I’ve been using the corrector stick during the day when my eyes feel particularly fatigued and it’s helped cool and soothe that highly sensitive skin.

Here are my best tips for reducing eye puffiness.

1.  Get Regular, Adequate Rest. Sleep gives that skin time to rejuvenate so aim for 7-8 hours every single night.

2. Stay Hydrated. Eye puffiness is simply the swelling and accumulation of fluid beneath the eye.  Drink 8-10 glasses of water to helps to flush that accumulated fluid out of your system, thereby reducing the swelling and inflammation.

3. Prioritize Exercise. Exercise improves circulation throughout your body, so it would make sense that it could help reduce that accumulated fluid that causes eye puffiness.
