Mixed Fruit Yogurt Jello

Posted by Caryn Bailey Leave a Comment

Not more than 30 minutes after my kids have had breakfast they’re starving. In the name of “I’m having a growth spurt,” I’ve had to keep a ready supply of healthy snacks and treats to curb their insatiable hunger. In partnership with Juicy Juice, we decided to make Mixed Fruit Yogurt Jello cups, perfect for guilt-free snacking.

Juicy Juice

I’ll admit that I’m very conservative when it comes to giving my kids juice. We only buy Juicy Juice, because the brand uses real fruit and does not include added sugar. Their 100% juice line includes a variety of kid-friendly flavors, and their boxes are easy to pack in kids’ lunches (tip: freeze them the night before to keep lunch items cool). If you prefer Organics, Juicy Juice also offers 3 different lines of organic juices

My kids love to help me cook and bake, so I thought this Mixed Fruit Yogurt Jello recipe would be perfect for them to assist with. The recipe only uses 4 ingredients including Juicy Juice 100% juice, unflavored gelatin, plain yogurt, and heavy cream. Be sure to pick up your kids’ favorite fruits and some whipped cream to top these Mixed Fruit Yogurt Jello cups!

  7. Garnish with fresh fruit and whipped cream, if desired

The recipe itself is simple enough to prepare and takes about 20 minutes. However, these Yogurt Jello cups have to set for 4 hours, so plan accordingly.
