Luna Petunia Debuts on Netflix + Free Printables

{Consideration provided by Saban Brands}

I was introduced to Cirque du Soleil by a good friend who had been attending live performances since she was a child. As the largest theatrical producer in the world, I immediately found myself captivated by the immense talent of the performers and the magnificence of each show.

Cirque du Soleil produces shows that fuse circus styles from around the world. The show is set to live music and features a unique theme and storyline. From the moment I saw the first show, my immediate sense was that this was an experience designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages, including (for the most part), children.

Luna Petunia Comes to Netflix

Last week, Saban Brands and Cirque du Soleil Média launched Cirque du Soleil Junior – Luna Petunia. The Netflix original series was inspired by the creativity and artistry of Cirque du Soleil and follows the adventures of Luna Petunia. This little girl lives in the real world but plays in the fantastical land of Amazia.

Make the Impossible Possible - Luna Petunia

With help from her magic toy chest, Luna Petunia enters the land of Amazia where toys come to life and her adventures begin. Through the series, she learns how to make the impossible possible.

Girl With Luna Petunia

My daughter was immediately immersed in the world of Luna Petunia last week when the show debuted at Au Fudge in Los Angeles. Luna models problem solving through creativity and the power of friendship. Her self confidence will inspire young kids to believe in themselves and all of the extraordinary things their minds and body can accomplish.

Luna Petunia Premiere

Having been a longstanding fan of Cirque du Soleil, the themes of curiosity, surprise and wonder that character the live shows are reflected in the series. While the show is designed for preschoolers, I found that my six year old was almost immediately captivated by Luna and her friends.

Next year, Saban Brands will launch a toy series inspired by Luna Petunia which will include dolls, accessories, playsets, bubble machines, plush, role play, and dress up to inspire children to continue using their creativity and imagination after they’ve watched the show.

    Luna petunia is a child of light rip off. There is nothing in the show that was not stolen from the child of light video game. Even the theme music was blatantly stolen. Pretty lame of Netflix.
