I went to the dentist last week for my regular check-up and I was so relieved to hear that I don’t have any cavities. In fact, I’ve never actually had a cavity in my 31 years of life. Both of my parents struggled with dental “problems” and I vowed to take good care of my teeth. I think this is the result of my commitment to brushing twice daily, flossing, visiting the dentist for regular cleanings and check-ups, and a good dentist who used protective sealants on my molars when I was a child.
