Join Rockin’ Mama to Get Fit This Summer

Summer is here and I’m not quite ready for swimsuit season.  I had a baby 6 months ago and I’m slowly (but much too slowly) losing the weight.  I need a bit of inspiration…and some support.  So I decided that being a member of Bee Well for Life wasn’t enough.  I need accountability…and motivation…

Join Rockin’ Mamas, the team I created for the BeeWell for Life Bee Squad Challenge. From now through August 15, join me in logging the miles you walk, run, or bike each day.  As part of the challenge, Bumble Bee will donate 15 cents per mile to Breast Cancer Network of Strength.  If you’re looking for some inspiration and support to get fit and healthy this summer, join BeeWell for Life.
