Did you meet The Muppets over the Thanksgiving weekend? Coming in second overall at the box office and number one for family film, The Muppets delighted and entertained audiences across the country.
You might remember that I spent a bright Fall Saturday morning in Los Angeles at a press junket for the film. I had an opportunity to sit in on a panel with the creative/production team to discuss the film. During that junket, I also sat in on a panel that included Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Walter. The panel was lively, funny, entertaining and memorable. Rather than recap the discussion in writing, I thought I’d share some of the recorded interviews with you.
As you would expect, Miss Piggy stole the show! She commented on her couture wardrobe, her duet with Amy Adams, and the status of her relationship with Kermit.
Walter, the world’s biggest Muppet fan talked about how it felt to be embraced by The Muppets…
My children and I have been listening to the soundtrack from the film in the car and absolutely adore it. Listen as they talk about incorporating some of the iconic songs from the show (i.e. Rainbow Connection, Mah-Na Mah-Na) to the film.
