This giveaway is now closed. Thanks for stopping by. The winner is Fayth! Congrats!
Over the past year, I’ve watched my son become increasingly inquisitive about nature. Questions in the last month include what happens to bugs when they die and what the difference is between slugs and snails. His kindergarten teacher weaves nature into her curriculum, which I imagine is one reason why my son has become intrigued with insects, plants, and animals. I try to encourage that curiosity through crafts, activities, and impromptu teachable moments.
In honor of Earth Month and the release of Disneynature Wings of Life, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Education Team put together a 25-page educational guide which introduces children in grades 2-4 to the fascinating world of the pollinators. This is a wonderful resources parents and educators can use to teach children about the plant and animal worlds while also incorporating concepts of science, math, and art.
In honor of the release, Disneynature is offering a fantastic giveaway inspired by the film Wings of Life:
- 1 Blu-ray Combo Pack of Disneynature’s Wings of Life
- 1 Safari Ltd Butterflies TOOB
- 1 Safari Ltd Life Cycle of a Honey Bee
- 1 Safari Ltd Life Cycle of a Monarch Butterfly
Win It! To enter, simply leave me a comment with one thing you are looking forward to with regards to the film. Comments will close on May 1st, 2013 at 11:59 PM PST.
