This past month has been filled with adventure, travel, and a whole lot of firsts. When I found out our ambassador team would be heading to the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, I was kind of in shock. To actually visit the place where future US Olympic athletes train was just beyond what I could comprehend. I’ll have an entire post dedicated to the training center along with some interesting stories about some of Team USA’s Olympic hopefuls, but for now, here are a few photos I snapped last week.

This is amazing. Anything to do with the Olympics makes me so excited. I was an athlete for many many years and used to dream about the Olympics! Love the archery pics!!
That is so cool! You’re so lucky to got to go there!
Those are some great pictures Caryn!!
Oh that looks like a lot of fun!!
Whirlwind of Surprises
Sounds like you had a great time.
Wow I am the most nonathletic person ever born. I think that is why I love the Olympics so much! How MUCH FUN!
Very cool. My daughter competed at the Colorado Olympic Village for rhythmic gymnastics. It’s an amazing feeling to walk around feeling all that greatness.
What a cool place!! Beautiful iphone shots, too!
These are great shots. Loved seeing you do the archery! I lived in San Diego Co for five years and never realized there was a training center in CV.
