I love to bake and craft, so when I saw Brit + Co‘s Oz-inspired party ideas, I had to check them out. If you’ve never checked out the site, it’s an awesome destination for all-things handmade and includes recipes, crafts, tech, beauty, and more. Brit is insanely talented and dreamt up 15 projects inspired by the world of Oz…think hot air balloons, bubbles, rainbows, emerald, and the yellow brick road. Here are my favorites!
Oscar Diggs (Oz) gets swept up in a tornado and is carried away to Oz via hot air balloon. Perhaps my favorite DIY are these Light Bulb Hot Air Balloons from Rook No. 17. What an adorable, sustainable way to use burnt-out light bulbs!
No party is complete without sweet treats! Now…to find out how to make these Oz cakes from Catch My Party without using artificial food dye…
Hostess With the Mostess elevates bubbles with this simply DIY craft.
