Mayonnaise is a staple in our household. We use it for sandwiches, salads, dips, and main dishes. For the last 3 years, I’ve partnered with Hellmann’s (known as Best Foods here on the West Coast) to showcase their signature mayonnaise and how I incorporate it into our meals.  I grew up with the brand and through this partnership, I’ve been able to get creative with my recipes.

Fried Fish with Spiced Pumpkin Mayo

This year, Hellmann’s celebrates its 100 year anniversary.  For a brand to have that type of longevity is impressive and a true testament to the brand’s commitment to offering a quality, great-tasting product.  While they’ve expanded their line to include spreads for every palate, my favorite is still their Olive Oil Mayonnaise!

Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Hellmann’s recently added a Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise that boasts just a hint of sweetness and is as creamy as their traditional spread.  More importantly, all of their products are made with real, recognizable, quality ingredients including cage-free egss.

To commemorate the brand’s 100 year anniversary, Hellmann’s will host a celebration in New York City this week!  I know that there are many of you who live in the area, so I thought I’d share details about this exciting event:

Hellmann's Birthday

What: Hellmann’s 100 Birthday Celebration. Take a seat at the World’s Largest Picnic Table along with special guests Chef Mario Batali, Chef Tim Love, and more!

When: Tuesday, September 24th from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm EST

Where:  Pier 84

Cost: Free!

Celebrity chef Mario Batali will cook up a spectacular lunch for the first 500 guests followed by #Hellmanns100 cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery.

  1. i love to use Hellmans in my potato salad. potatoes, cooked and cooled; Hellmans (a lot!), salt, white pepper, green onion. yum!

  25. I have a recipe from hellmans that I clipped and have had for years. I’m not sure what it’s offical title is, but it’s a delicious chicken bruschetta dish and it’s DELISH!

  120. My favorite way to use Hellman’s is a little old fashioned, but yummy–tuna and egg salad. I have not tried thebalsamic. I’ll bet that would be wonderful with the tuna.

  167. I love using Hellmann’s in my seven layer dip. But my all time favorite recipe is just an old fashion bologna sandwich. Yummy!

  232. My favorite recipe using Hellmanns Mayo is Sweet Onion Dip: 2 cups Hellmanns Mayo, 2 cups grated Swiss chees & 2 cups chopped Vidalia onions – combine & bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. I serve this with Ritz crackers.

  384. My favorite Hellmanns recipe is one I make with the small noodle o’s…I add chunk canned chicken, grapes, celery, and mandarin orange slices…and then Hellmann’s! Let it cool in the refrigerator and it tastes so good!

  571. I use Hellman’s to make tuna sandwiches! There is nothing better than a tuna sandwich made with Hellmann’s, some fresh chives, a little mustard, and some chopped fresh basil. Delicious and so easy!
