Owning a home is an exciting venture in creativity and all-things DIY. We have the freedom to paint and decorate to our heart’s content. But along with that freedom comes an immense responsibility. No longer do we have a landlord we can contact when something in the house breaks!
On a recent trip, I received a phone call from my husband that went something like this:
Jason: Hey, where is that new faucet you received?
Me: In the kitchen, why?
Jason: I need it now!
Me: Ok….
Jason: I have water spraying all over the kitchen!
In my husband’s attempt to fix a leaky faucet, the entire thing broke, covering our kitchen in water. The interesting thing about that faucet is that we installed in when we first bought our home 4 years ago. It was supposedly a quality faucet so we were surprised that it didn’t last longer.
The new faucet my husband installed from Danze is gorgeous! It is a Parma Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Spray in stainless steel and compliments our kitchen nicely. And when we replace our sink, it will look even more beautiful!
My aspiration is always to install and test out every product we receive, however, given the circumstances, my husband could not wait for me to return home to replace our broken faucet. The very first thing he did was turn off the water and remove the old faucet. With the help o his father, they were able to remove the old faucet and install the new one in just a couple of hours.
When we were selecting a faucet for our kitchen, we wanted to ensure it offered a spray function. This is a particularly helpful feature that helps make dish-washing a bit easier. In our old faucet, this function was combined and incorporated into the faucet head. On the contrary, Danze’s Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Spray separates the spraying function, and functionally, I prefer it.
This particular model is offered in stainless steel and chrome, and part of Danze’s Parma collection, which is designed for the “aesthetically adventurous.” Cylindrical shapes is the key design feature for this line which includes single handle pull-out/pull-down models and pot fillers.
This particular style retails for $366.00 and can be found at local stores in your area.
