Just Dance defies the traditional video game stereotype, allowing friends and family members to come together to get active to the tune of the latest top 40 hits. Just Dance 2020 was just released and features 40 songs, including Disney’s Frozen 2 Into the Unknown.

Ten years ago, Ubisoft released Just Dance, a dance rhythm gaming series that was originally named after Lady Gaga’s song of the same name. Available on Nintendo Switch, Wii, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Stadia, the game features 40 hot tracks including “Old Town Road (Remix)” by Lil Nas X Ft. Billy Ray Cyrus.

The game is played by mimicking on-screen dancer’s choreography to a selected song. With Just Dance 2020, you can use your smartphone to track moves (as opposed to previous versions which required Playstation Move, Kinnect, or JoyCon).

Tween Review of Just Dance 2020

With Just Dance 2020, you can explore the hottest songs of 2019-2020 and learn cool dances with them. Sometimes exercise can be unenjoyable. But with Just Dance, you can have fun and get fit at the same time! To get started, find a song, pick your dancer, and get dancing! My favorite part of this game is that there are so many songs to choose from and everyone is bound to find one that they like.

Something I wish that was changed is the subscription service. I understand that subscriptions are a normal implementation to games. This service however, seems a bit stretched. There are about 50 songs that you have to pay for. Overall, besides the subscription, Just Dance 2020 is pretty good.
