No…we’re not pregnant!  : )  But, I have several friends who are, and in honor of their sweet new babies, I thought I’d share some information about Albertsons baby section!

When my kids were just wee babes, I did a lot of my shopping at traditional, designated baby stores, mostly because I wanted to have a lot of options at my disposal.  Unfortunately, that also meant I was often trekking to multiple stores to get all of my shopping done each week (and sometimes more than that!).

Did you know that you can find a plethora of baby items including name brand diapers and wipes, bottles and formula, pacifiers, baby and toddler food/snacks (including Organic varieties), baby toys, diaper bags, personal care items (i.e. baby shampoo, lotion) and much more.

The most surprising item I found? Books and products to help you make your own baby food.

What I’d like to see?  More breastfeeding items and organic/all-natural products and foods.

  1. Wonderful giveaway! I had no idea that the Albertson’s selection was so extensive. Thank you for sharing! If I could try one product, it would probably be the new Beech Nut Squeezies. I love the convenience of throwing them in your purse or diaper bag, and having a healthy snack (with veggies & fruits) on the go! Best invention ever. :o)

  67. What brand are those squeezable fruit pouches? My girls love those and so do I! They’re healthy, convenient, and delicious!

    I agree that grocery stores are a good place to pick up baby items – especially for those of us who live in the suburbs. I like being able to pick up everything in one place. 🙂

    These are the “baby items” I’d especially like to see:
    * Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads
    * Lansinoh Lanolin
    * Washable Nursing Pads
    * Pampers Swaddlers
    * squeezable fruit/veggie pouches
    * organic snacks (fruit leathers, crackers, etc)

    To attract moms even more, grocery stores ought to consider putting in a “drive-thru” window. Moms could call ahead or order via a phone app a maximum of ten items. That way, they wouldn’t have to take little ones out of their car seats. Win-win!
