Headaches

Headaches…just thinking about them gives me a headache!  Stress, hormones, caffeine-withdrawal, and lack of sleep are just a few of the things I attribute to my headaches.  Fortunately, I don’t get them often enough to be concerned.  But you won’t find me anywhere without a bottle of Excedrin in my purse.

For the next few months, I’ve partnered with Excedrin to share my own experience with headaches and how I manage to still function in spite of them. If you suffer from headaches, either occasionally or more frequently as I do, you likely know how debilitating they can be. From personal experience, I know that as soon as a headache begins, I have to treat it so that it becomes manageable.  Similarly, I want the medicine I take  to work quickly and effectively.

Living in Southern California, we have some of the worst traffic in the country so I thought I’d share this video since I think Rush Hour Commuters could probably win the grand prize for the biggest headache:

What triggers your headaches?  For me, it’s stress which can take the form of deadlines, over-scheduling, time management, and lack of organization. Regardless of the situation, I have relied on Excedrin to help provide relief so that I’m able to function and be effective.
