CVS/pharmacy Partners With Burt’s Bees To Offer Organic Clothing For Babies

Much of my first pregnancy was spent on bedrest and my days were predominantly filled with daytime television, long phone calls with friends, and the internet.  Around the time I found out I was pregnant, I started hearing a lot about the move towards more natural, environmentally-friendly products.  Because my pregnancy wasn’t “normal,” I spent a lot of time researching the things I could do to ensure my baby and I were as healthy as possible.  From foods and skin care to cleaning products and even clothing, I struggled to find “clean” brands that were safe for us and the planet.

Burt’s Bees was one of the few companies that offered all-natural, sustainable beauty products at the time.  In fact, just one year before my son was born, they had launched 30 new beauty and skin care products! Last year, the company launched Burt’s Bees Baby, which offers natural and organic clothing for babies and children. Free from chemicals and pesticides, the line is soft and 100% organic.

Bee Essentials

Given the quality of the products offered by Burt’s Bees Baby, I was excited to learn that their Bee Essentials line is now offered at more than 800 CVS/pharmacy locations and at CVS.com.  As a regular CVS/pharmacy shopper, I’ve always found the company to be forward-thinking when it comes to offering customers all-natural products.  This partnership will make organic baby apparel and accessories that much more accessible to families who may find it difficult or cost-prohibitive to shop for these types of products.

Burt's Bees Baby

The Bee Essentials line of clothing and accessories offered at CVS/pharmacy will include hooded blankets, hooded towels, washcloth sets, bodysuit sets, burp cloths, bibs, hats, gift sets, and other necessities in a variety of colors and prints for newborns and infants up to 9 months. The prices range from $7.99 to $12.99 which is a great deal for quality, organic clothing.  Online, families will be able to find additional products and sets including a 5 Pack Short-Sleeved Bodysuit Set ($23.99), a Better Bathtime Basket ($39.99), and a Welcome Home Basket ($49.99).

Burt's Bees Baby

You can now find Burt’s Bees Baby’s Bee Essentials collection on the end-cap display at your local CVS/pharmacy.
