Getting ANYONE in my household to drink water is a struggle. I don’t know why, but I’m the only one who actually enjoys drinking water and I prefer it over juice or soda. Now you probably know that over 70% of the human body so it makes sense that we actually need to consume quite a bit of it (8-12 glasses a day to be exact). I know that sometimes, it’s difficult to consume that much water so I often like to add a little bit of flavor to it. I used to drink Vitamin Water but I realized how much sugar was in one serving and decided it was better to just drink plain water…until I tried Hint Essence Water.
Hint Essence Water is simply water with a “hint” of natural flavor. Hint does not contain sugar/sweeteners, preservatives, or artificial ingredients and has no calories or fat. Best of all, it tastes really good! There are a TON of flavors to try (thirteen to be exact). I haven’t tried them all but of the ones I have tried, Hisbiscus Vanilla, Mango Grapefruit, and Strawberry Kiwi are my favorites! They don’t taste sweet, FYI. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t good! It tastes like water with a squeeze of fruit. My only small complaint is the plastic bottle issue since we’re trying to be mindful of the environment.
Hint Essence Water is available for purchase online (a case of 24 16 ounce bottles retails for $44.00) and I also found them at Whole Foods the other day (but I don’t remember the price). They are a bit pricey but if you’re looking for something to give you an incentive to drink water, this is the healthiest option!

I like to add a dash of organic lemon juice to my water to give it extra flavor. Organic lime juice is good, too. I haven’t run across Hint Essence yet. But if ever have a chance to try it, I certainly will.
I’m “with you.” I love drinking water. It’s my favorite beverage actually. I don’t drink soda or coffee. I rarely drink tea. I do enjoy juice, however (there’s nothing like a tall glass of icy lemonade in the heat of the summer!).
I don’t think I would try this product because I genuinely like drinking water. I’ve tasted other flavored waters in the past and haven’t been impressed…
