With Mother’s Day just a few days away, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I want to celebrate and recognize those moms in my life who have inspired me. I appreciate the fact that there is an annual day set aside each year just for this purpose, but too often the work moms do day in and day out goes unnoticed. Which is why Mimi’s Month of Mom celebration resonates with me.

The French-inspired restaurant will honor moms all month long. Along with a special Mother’s Day menu, Mimi’s Cafe will offer tips via their social media channels on eating healthy and staying fit. You may remember that earlier this year, Mimi’s Cafe partnered with the American Heart Association’s Go red for Women movement. Throughout May, you’ll find heart-healthy tips and tools on both their Facebook and Twitter pages.
Additionally, on May 14th, the restaurant will offer a $5 coupon off Family Meals To-Go to eClub members, Facebook fans, and Twitter followers. For under $25, these meals can feed up to five people and include one of 10 dishes, Mimi’s Signature Soup or your choice of a Garden or Caesar Salad. Meals can be ordered online or via their new app.
If you’re planning on dining at Mimi’s Cafe this Mother’s Day, here is what you can expect to find on their special menu:
- Le Parisian Omelet
- Cinnamon Brioche French Toast
- Chicken Madeira Crepes
- Parisian Shrimp Salad
- Mimi’s Slow Roasted Turkey Dinner
- Oven Fresh Pot Roast
- Red Velvet Cheesecake
